  1. Ürünleriniz neler? Sitemizde hem yeni hem de ikinci el müzik CD’leri, plakları, kasetleri, DVD’leri, PS3 oyunları, kitaplar ve kutu oyunları bulabilirsiniz. İkinci el ürünlerde ürünün kondisyonu her zaman açıklamalarda belirtilir.
  2. Plaklar nasıl gönderiliyor ve nasıl saklanmalı? Plaklar plak kolisi ve koruma naylonu ile özenle gönderilmektedir. Bu naylonu ürünleri saklamak için de kullanabilirsiniz.
  3. Kargo ve teslimat süreleri nedir? Siparişleriniz 3 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilir. Sitemizden yapılan satışlar sadece Türkiye içi geçerlidir.
  4. Stokta olmayan ürünler için ne yapabilirim? Stokta olmayan ürünler için WhatsApp üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçerseniz, temin durumu hakkında bilgi verebiliriz.
